Allegheny County Intermediate Unit GATE Apprenticeship ProgramFirst priority is given to Allegheny County students. Washington County students will compete with students throughout surrounding counties for openings in various apprenticeships. Information regarding apprenticeships will be announced in April / May of each school year. If you are interested in participating in an apprenticeship, you must register immediately! North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad This is a contest in which students solve linguistic puzzles. In solving problems, students learn about the diversity and consistency of language, while exercising logic skills.
